Issued and paid up capital now is RM 5,113,000 and was previously owned by 4 shareholders (Malaysian and Indonesian) and having low gearing.

The company is now majority owned and managed by Dato' Jimmy Lim Thaw Chay. He is a chartered accountant by profession and was a former managing director of Arab Malaysian Corporation Bhd (AMCORP). He has wide experience in finance and property developments. He has been actively involved in the completion of Megan Ambassy Phase1 that is 20 Storey Hotel & Serviced Apartment Tower Block & Megan Ambassy 7 Storey Mixed Development Block and many signature buildings around Kuala Lumpur.

The company is now completing into Phase 2 of the development of Megan Ambassy that is a block of 51 units Luxurious Apartments know as Mei on the Madge with gross value of RM58 million (USD19.3 million).

Dual Fortune Sdn Bhd, our associated company has just completed the development of a most private development in Jln Halimahton, in Old Klang Road. The development is limited to 7 Superlink Houses and 1 Bungalow known as Primus Park.

We have commenced work on a block of upmarket apartments on Lot 86, Lorong Ampang Dua, 168 units on May 2011 with gross value of RM187 million (USD65 million) 3 Blocks of Apartments in Jln Kelang Lama, Kuala Lumpur, 467 units with gross value of RM450 million (USD150 million).
